Becrypt is a fun, friendly, cutting edge cybersecurity company based in central London. As we continue to develop and deliver pioneering cybersecurity solutions to Government and industry, and as our business continues to grow, we are always looking for new talent to expand the Becrypt team.

We are an SME with over half of our workforce in technical roles. Our developers are exceptional in their field, working on the latest technologies in a fast moving and innovative environment. Our office is casual but delivery focussed; we use an agile methodology with regular stand-ups and sprints (virtual where required).

Our working environment is flexible with a minimum of one to two days in the office each week.

Developing a product like Paradox involves so many different components and technologies that every task is a new learning opportunity. Challenges vary from the very low-level such as patching system services in C, to the very high-level, like writing user interface applets in javascript, and everything in-between including C++, bash, Python and HTML. While the work items are all traditional, Linux-based technologies, the opportunity to work across the entire technology stack affords the chance to become familiar with so many different aspects of Linux development - a fantastic opportunity for anyone who’s ever tinkered with a raspberry pi or revived an old laptop with a lightweight Linux distro.
