In today’s interconnected digital landscape, Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) have become the backbone of modern software systems, but present significant security risks. Attackers actively exploit API weaknesses. To address this, the UK National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) outlines seven critical principles for securing HTTP-based APIs.
