Whilst a customer remains within a Maintenance & Support contract, they are entitled to upgrade to the latest version of our products, together with technical support via telephone and email (regardless of which product version is in use).
Becrypt will not, however, carry out any investigative effort on versions that are beyond their End of Life date – customers would be expected to upgrade to the latest version available.
As of 31st March 2013, Becrypt will no longer release new products that are compatible with Microsoft Windows Vista.
As of 31st March 2014, Becrypt will no longer release new products that are compatible with Microsoft Windows XP.
