Today most Thin Client software provides very little security on the end points, instead relying on the servers to detect, prevent, and monitor devices and data that comes into, and leaves the organisation. tVolution allows you to stop unauthorised devices from accessing your network in the first place, and provides controls on the perimeter to ensure that unencrypted data isn’t removed, without impacting your daily working practices.

tVolution may be configured to include only pre-specified applications, and to restrict the user to approved locations and software. Once the configuration of the OS has been decided, a single install file is created allowing the organisation to quickly and securely build devices that are unique to its security needs.

How it works

tVolution is a complete OS replacement for various hardware, from existing desktops to new Thin Client devices. tVolution runs a small secure OS, and allows organisations to tailor the applications, security, and user experience using a simple configuration utility. This customisation allows administrators to lock down the device, and provide the level of security needed in their organisation without having to purchase additional software or compromise on the end user experience. Once tVolution has loaded, the user will be presented with a familiar working environment, this could be a standard web browser for Intranet access, or a full Windows desktop through your VDI infrastructure.

tVolution integrates into Becrypt Enterprise Manager, allowing administrators to view the estate of devices and check the status of each machine. Built-in and user customisable reports, allow an organisation to monitor and report on what is important without burdening the administration team.

Remote patching and configuration updates can be applied without visiting the machines, allowing software updates and configuration changes to be remotely administered.
